That is the only way to reach us. We read every message and answer when we can. We are a small team, so a careful answer can take a few days.
What helps us answer
- The guide you were reading.
- Your control valve brand and model if you know it (it is printed on the head or under the cover).
- Your hardness result, and whether it came from a strip, a drop kit or a lab.
- What you see: water on the floor, salt not going down, hard water at one tap, a code on the display.
What we cannot do
We cannot come out to your house, diagnose a unit we cannot see, or recommend a local installer. If water is leaking and you cannot stop it with the bypass valve, close the main water valve and call a plumber first.
